Responsibilities

  • Business Data Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to gather business and financial data for preliminary analysis.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Strategic Management Department in preparing executive information, conducting research for new projects, and performing initial feasibility assessments.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Create high-quality presentations and executive summaries that highlight key data insights.
  • Meeting & Project Management: Coordinate strategic meetings and projects, summarize key takeaways, and ensure effective communication of action plans to relevant departments post-meeting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years total experience, including: At least 3 years in management, executive reporting, or project coordination. At least 2 years in finance, accounting, or other business-related functions.
  • Project Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly within a Project-Based environment.
  • Soft Skills: Creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills, patience, and quick wit (problem-solving skills).
  • Language Proficiency: Fair command of English (ability to read and summarize key content).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
